Collection vehicle schedule

Check the confirmed date and time window for the Qur’an collection vehicle in your district.

Confirmed vehicle visits to QP Network collection centres will be published here with the date, expected time window and current status. Tentative dates will not be shown as final schedules.

District schedule

Choose a district and check the latest confirmed collection-vehicle information.

Only a confirmed visit should be treated as the final schedule. The time shown is an expected arrival window and may change because of route or operational conditions.

Before the vehicle arrives

Collection centres should keep the Mushafs ready for a safe and quick handover.

  • Keep collected Mushafs separate from ordinary books and waste.
  • Count the approximate quantity and keep the centre record ready.
  • Keep wet or severely damaged Mushafs and loose Qur’anic pages separately packed.
  • Ensure the responsible centre contact is reachable during the scheduled time window.

If there is a delay

When a significant delay or cancellation occurs, the public status should be updated and the centre should receive the revised date or time window through the approved notification channel.

Need collection before the scheduled visit?

Use the pickup request if waiting for the district vehicle cycle is not practical.

Large quantities, storage limitations or special handling needs may require separate coordination.
