If you cannot reach a Collection Point, submit a pickup request.
Where pickup service is available, provide your contact, address and collection details so QP Network can review and coordinate a safe handover of old, damaged or unused Mushafs.
Pickup depends on location, quantity and operational availability.
Submitting a request does not guarantee pickup. The team must review service coverage, collection volume, route planning and volunteer or vehicle availability.
If a verified Collection Point is nearby, direct handover may be the faster option.
Keep Mushafs safe and separate from ordinary discarded material.
- Keep them separately in a clean bag or box.
- Secure loose Qur’anic pages separately.
- Separate wet or damp copies from other copies.
- Keep all material in a safe storage area until collection.
- Inform the team in advance if the quantity is large.
Every Mushaf should be inspected first — not sent directly to final handling.
Collected copies are assessed as usable, repairable/restorable, suitable for redistribution, requiring further review, or irrecoverable.
Only copies with no practical preservation path should move to an authorised final-handling review under approved Shariah-sensitive guidance.
If pickup is unnecessary, hand over directly at a verified Collection Point.
If no Collection Point is available, submit a pickup request or contact QP Network for guidance.
