Submitting a doorstep collection request does not mean that pickup is guaranteed.
Doorstep collection availability depends on district, locality, quantity, route, volunteer/vehicle availability and operational capacity.
- Required information such as name, mobile number, address, district and PIN code should be provided accurately.
- GPS location may be optional.
- Larger quantities may require advance clarification.
- Where a location is unsafe or inaccessible, an alternative handover arrangement may be suggested.
- Keep the submitted request number for future follow-up.
Only institutions verified by QP Network should be treated as official collection points.
A location that is not verified in the website listing should not be treated as an official QP collection point.
- A collection point must have suitable secure storage.
- An authorised contact person must be designated.
- QP Network approved operating procedures must be followed.
- Collected material must not be diverted for personal use or unauthorised transfer.
- Final handling is not an independent authority of a collection point.
The website must not be used as a personal religious-fatwa service.
The QP Network website is intended to explain the project workflow, preservation principles and operational guidance.
Specific religious rulings, unusual Mushaf conditions or disputed handling methods may require guidance from qualified scholars or recognised religious authorities.
A volunteer role is a service responsibility, not unrestricted authority.
- QP Network induction and instructions must be followed.
- Collected material must not be privately retained.
- Personal information of donors or doorstep-collection requesters must be kept confidential.
- Financial collection must not be undertaken without approval.
- Final handling must not be carried out on personal discretion.
- Incidents or deviations must be reported.
Information submitted through forms should be as accurate and relevant as possible.
Incorrect phone numbers, wrong addresses, misleading quantities or false partnership identification may affect service delivery.
QP Network reserves the right to reject deliberate misuse, spam, fraudulent requests or false representation and to take reasonable protective measures.
Support should be accepted only through officially verified payment channels.
If payment-gateway, bank or UPI details have not been officially published, do not send money to personal accounts.
- Support must be voluntary.
- Access to collection or doorstep-collection services must not be made conditional on a donation.
- Where a donation is purpose-restricted, the intended purpose should be recorded.
- Zakat eligibility should not be assumed without specific scholarly guidance.
While efforts are made to keep website content accurate, information may change.
Collection-point availability, doorstep-collection coverage, operating procedures, volunteer programmes, payment integration and reporting status may be updated as the project develops.
Services may include verified Collection Points, pickup support, inspection, classification, restoration, redistribution, awareness, volunteer coordination and transparency reporting.
Unverified statistics must not be presented as actual achievements.
When figures such as collection volumes, restored copies, redistributed Mushafs, donations or active Collection Points are published on the QP Network website, the aim is to base them on verified records.
External services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Where services such as hosting, email, maps/location, payment gateways, analytics or external links are used, their availability, terms, security and privacy practices may be separate from QP Network operations.
Misuse of the website or forms is not permitted.
- Spam or automated false submissions.
- False representation or false identity.
- Malicious code or security attacks.
- Unauthorised data harvesting.
- Unauthorised fundraising using the QP Network name.
- Falsely claiming official Collection Point or volunteer status.
- Providing unauthorised instructions in the name of religious guidance.
Use of the QP Network brand, website copy, design and documents must be responsible.
Content shared for public-awareness purposes should retain its context and clearly identify the source.
The logo, official designation, forms or documents must not be used to create an unauthorised representation of QP Network.
Service availability cannot be guaranteed in the same way everywhere.
Doorstep collection, Collection Point access, volunteer response times, restoration capacity, redistribution and transport coordination depend on location, resources, operating capacity, safety and external conditions.
QP Network will make reasonable efforts to coordinate services, but cannot guarantee that every request can be completed immediately.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The collection, use, secure storage and sharing of personal information received through doorstep collection, Contact, volunteer and partnership forms are described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as services change.
The terms may be updated as features such as payment integration, volunteer systems, Collection Point networks, digital traceability, partnerships and reporting frameworks develop.
