Find a verified QP Collection Point near you.
Hand over old, damaged or unused Mushafs safely through a verified QP Network collection route instead of placing them in ordinary waste.
Handing over a Qur’an is not the same as ordinary old-book collection.
A QP Collection Point is intended to receive Mushafs safely, keep them separate from ordinary waste and transfer them into the approved preservation workflow.
Participating institutions should follow guidance for receiving, temporary storage, documentation and authorised handover.
Bring Mushafs to the Collection Point in a clean and safe manner.
- Do not mix Mushafs with old books or waste paper.
- Keep them separately in a clean cover, bag or box.
- Keep wet or damp copies apart from other copies where possible.
- Secure loose Qur’anic pages separately.
- Inform the receiving point if you have Juz, loose pages or other printed material containing Qur’anic verses.
- For a large quantity, contact QP Network or submit a pickup request in advance.
Every Mushaf should be inspected first — not sent directly to final handling.
Received Mushafs move into the approved workflow and are assessed as usable, repairable/restorable, suitable for redistribution, requiring further review, or irrecoverable.
Only copies for which no practical preservation path remains should move to an authorised final-handling review under approved Shariah-sensitive guidance.
You can request pickup where available or propose a new Collection Point partnership.
The public collection network is expanding in phases. If no verified point is currently listed in your area, check pickup availability.
A masjid, madrasa, Islamic institution or community organisation interested in becoming a Collection Point can send a partnership enquiry through the Contact page.
Your institution can help become a local Qur’an preservation access point.
Masjids and madrasas are accessible and trusted community locations. QP Network aims to onboard suitable institutions progressively with approved SOPs, storage guidance, volunteer coordination and authorised handover procedures.
No Mushaf should become part of ordinary waste because of lack of a clear handover route.
Keep old, damaged or unused Mushafs safe and use a verified Collection Point or pickup service where available.
