Accessibility

QP Network should be usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Accessibility improvements consider mobile and desktop use, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, readable content, form labels, status messages and language access.

Accessibility Approach

Key considerations in the website design.

01

Responsive design for different screen sizes

Layouts are designed to keep content usable across mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes.

02

Keyboard navigation

Interactive elements such as links, buttons and forms are intended to be accessible using a keyboard.

03

Readable content

Use clear headings, paragraphs, spacing and manageable content sections.

04

Form labels and instructions

Pickup and contact forms should provide clear field labels, required-field indicators and validation messages.

05

Alternative navigation

Provide more than one way to find content, including the sitemap, FAQs and quick links.

06

Language accessibility

Responsive layouts, keyboard-accessible controls, clear headings, readable spacing, meaningful labels and understandable status messages are part of the approach.

Skip Navigation

Keyboard and assistive-technology users should be able to reach the main content quickly.

Pages include a “Skip to main content” link so repeated navigation can be bypassed.

Form Accessibility

Pickup and Contact forms should provide clear labels, validation and status messages.

  • Provide a descriptive label for every important input.
  • Clearly identify required fields.
  • Provide validation for mobile numbers, PIN codes and similar inputs.
  • Show submission status clearly on the page.
  • Provide a request or reference number after successful submission.
  • When an error occurs, explain the reason as clearly as possible.
Mobile Accessibility

QP Network services should remain practical on smartphones.

Responsive forms, touch-friendly controls, readable field spacing and mobile navigation are especially important for pickup requests.

Language Accessibility

Translations should prioritise meaning and clarity.

Each language version should use natural, user-friendly language rather than mechanically translating word for word.

Use familiar, plain-language terminology for technical concepts, such as doorstep collection, collection point, repair and restoration, and redistribution.

Screen Reader Support

Use meaningful page structure that works well with assistive technologies.

  • Use a meaningful page title.
  • Maintain a logical heading hierarchy.
  • Provide meaningful alternative text for images.
  • Provide accessible names for buttons and form controls.
  • Separate main content, navigation and footer areas using meaningful structure.
Visual Readability

Improving readability between text, backgrounds and buttons is an ongoing priority.

The aim is to test and improve text contrast, font size, line height, spacing, button visibility and selected-state indicators across different screen sizes.

Current Accessibility Status

Accessibility improvement is an ongoing process.

Continuous Improvement

Because the QP Network website is still being developed and expanded, we do not claim that every accessibility scenario has already been fully tested.

As new pages, forms, language versions and interactive features are added, keyboard use, mobile usability, readability and assistive-technology compatibility should continue to be reviewed.

Known Limitations

Some external or third-party accessibility features may not be under the direct control of QP Network.

Browser GPS permission dialogs, email applications, maps, payment gateways, hosting interfaces and third-party embedded services may each have their own accessibility behaviour.

If such a service creates a barrier, we will try to provide an alternative contact route where practical.

Alternative Assistance

Use another contact method if a form is difficult to access.

You can email info@quranpreservationnetwork.org if you cannot use the Pickup or Contact form. info@quranpreservationnetwork.org You can send an enquiry through the contact page.
