Your support and participation can help the Qur’an preservation network grow.
A sustainable network needs collection, storage, transport, restoration, coordination, technology, training and reporting capacity.
Every Mushaf requires a safe and organised preservation route.
Support helps build the practical infrastructure required to receive, assess, preserve and redirect Mushafs responsibly.
Support received for QP Network operations is intended to be used in ways that help put the project’s preservation-first mission into practice.
Financial contributions are only one form of support.
Financial Support
General or purpose-based financial support for approved programmes and operational needs.
Collection Point Sponsorship
Sponsorship support for secure-storage boxes, signage, handling materials and basic setup.
Doorstep Collection / Transport Support
Support for transport coordination including vehicles, fuel, route assistance and movement of larger collections.
Repair & Restoration Support
Support for binding, cover repair, restoration materials and specialist services.
Technology Support
Support for the website, hosting, database, tracking systems, reporting tools and security.
Professional / In-kind Support
Services such as design, printing, legal support, accounting, transport coordination, training and communications.
Support received should be linked to documented project needs.
The official online payment gateway is currently in the setup stage.
Financial details such as bank accounts, UPI and payment-gateway information will not be published on the website until they have been officially verified and operationally approved.
Those who currently wish to support the project info@quranpreservationnetwork.org may contact QP Network through the official Contact page.
Support given in trust requires responsible handling.
- Use only officially approved payment channels.
- Do not collect funds through personal bank accounts or personal UPI IDs.
- Maintain a receipt or acknowledgement process.
- Where support is purpose-restricted, record its intended purpose.
- Maintain supporting records for significant expenditure.
- Carry out periodic reconciliation, reporting and review.
Support received and its use should be recorded in a form that can be reported transparently.
Donations/support received, programme utilisation, major operating-expense categories, sponsorship and in-kind support are intended to be recorded systematically in the accounts.
As QP Network operations develop, verified financial summaries are intended to be published through the Transparency page.
Donations in a specific religious category should not be represented as accepted without clear scholarly guidance.
Zakat eligibility, Waqf, designated Sadaqah use and other restricted religious funds may be subject to specific Shariah conditions.
Accordingly, before QP Network presents any such fund category as officially accepted on the website, clear guidance from qualified scholars and separate accounting arrangements are required.
Institutions can support the project through programme-specific or in-kind partnerships.
Businesses, voluntary organisations, trusts, foundations, community organisations and professional institutions may consider partnerships in areas such as transport coordination, technology, printing, secure storage, specialist services and sponsorship.
It is preferable to document the partnership name, scope, responsibilities, financial or in-kind value, and reporting expectations clearly.
Not every in-kind donation can necessarily be accepted; acceptance should be based on actual operational need.
Items such as secure-storage boxes, clean packing materials, shelving, transport assistance, restoration materials, printing and signage may be required.
People and institutions may support logistics, storage, printing, awareness, professional services, technology, volunteering or other verified operational needs.
Donor privacy must be protected while maintaining transparency.
Public reporting should not unnecessarily publish personal information such as an individual donor’s name, phone number, address or payment details.
Where donor acknowledgement is required, donor consent, the applicable policy and the reporting format should be taken into account.
Supporting QP Network should be voluntary.
QP Network does not aim to make a donation compulsory for handing over a Mushaf at a Collection Point or for submitting a doorstep collection request.
The appropriate model is to treat donations as voluntary support without linking access to collection or preservation services to a financial contribution.
Give a small voluntary contribution toward a Qur’an’s journey from collection to respectful final processing.
This is not a service fee, and a contribution is never required to hand over Qur’anic material. Support helps shared collection, transport, storage, preservation and processing needs.
Every practical contribution can strengthen a preservation route.
From helping a collection point to enabling a pickup route or supporting awareness, verified assistance can make a meaningful difference.
